There are 2 options for the management of your renovation project.

Option 1

Straight forward management involves the acquiring of relevant trades people and tenders for the various aspects of your project. Provide a program and schedule of works to ensure smooth workflow and a satisfactory completion. On site management of contractors as required, including quality control and working practices. And together we will drawup a payment schedule based on acheived goals, which allows you to budget more effectively and avoid any unforeseen expenditure.

Option 2

As working project management we would undertake some or all of the work, generally plumbing and electrical installations, bathroom installations, and initial demolition and clearance. This has the added benefit of a permanent on site presence and a guarentee of trouble free completion of your project.
